DescriptionAdditional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Chartwell Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.Rare opportunity to lead the sales team at the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs. Responsible for the management and execution of the direct sales and marketing program for the hotel.Key Responsibilities:Deliver the highest quality of service to our customers at all times.Develop and execute strategies to drive business in both new and existing markets.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.Guide sales and marketing efforts including advertising public relations and administrative reporting.Lead sales initiatives in alignment with the propertys Marketing Plan.Understand and monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape.Analyze financial and market data to support strategic decision-making.Organize prioritize and document work to meet key business deadlines.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified and consistent customer experience.Minimum of 2 years experience as a hotel Director of Sales. Full-Service hotel group sales experience required preferably in a conference center based property. CI/TY experience preferred. Proven success leading motivating and managing high-performing sales teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
