Apply today and become part of a supportive, purpose-driven team that is shaping the futureone child, one family and one educator at a time.Director Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Administration: Lead daily operations while upholding brand, regulatory and policy standardsStaff Management: Hire, train, supervise and support staff to build a positive, collaborative teamCurriculum and Program Development: Deliver our proprietary Wonder of Learning program*, designed to spark curiosity, support individual growth and inspire a lifelong love of learningEnrollment Tours: Conduct engaging tours and create strategies to convert tours to enrollments.Family and Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with families and promote the School in the communitySocial Media Coordinator: Develop and manage engaging social media content to promote the school's programs, events, and culture. Utilize social media platforms to strengthen family engagement and increase community visibility.Health and Safety: Maintain a safe, clean and prepared environment for children, staff and visitorsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education and 1+ year in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices and team leadershipDemonstrated experience managing social media accounts on Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn for a business, school, or organization.Strong understanding of social media marketing, original content creation, and community engagement strategies.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skillsA genuine love for children and commitment to high-quality educationMust pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirementsPreferred Skills:Photography and video skills (mobile and/or DSLR)Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design toolsExcellent copywriting and storytelling skills*Wonder of Learning is our exclusive education program designed to embrace how children learn best through play and curiosity.
