Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $62,000-$70,928.00 DOE/DOQSigning bonus up to $3,500; up to $1,500 on 1st paycheck and up to $2,000 paid at 6 months employment.We are seeking a Director of School Linked Services to lead our exceptional team of Clinicians and Clinical Trainees providing mental health services to schools (elementary, middle, and high schools).CSSM values its staff and offers a supportive and team-oriented work environment which provides employees opportunities to learn and expand their base of knowledge and skills.This position requires licensure as a mental health professional (LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT) and credentialed to provide licensure supervision. We prefer certification in MAP and TF-CBT.This candidate will oversee the application and management of the School Linked Grant and program budget in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services.Job responsibilities:Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services to maintain School Linked Services, explore ways to further develop services and ensure that providers have adequate supervisionTeach and orient SL therapists to requirements for documentation, including Diagnostic Assessments, treatment plans, and progress notesPromote CSSM SL services with school districts and community stakeholders within our regionWork with CSSMs Intake Department to assist with case assignments and assure caseload balanceParticipate in monthly clinical supervisor meeting with the Director of Clinical ServicesParticipate as a member of the CSSM Leadership teamProvide at minimum bi-monthly program meetings with SL cliniciansProvide clinical orientation and training for clinicians and practitionersFacilitate consultation group once per month and as requestedProvide individual supervision to the SL supervisor and designated SL therapistsReview and sign clinical documentation of clinical trainees (DAs and treatment plans)Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services and occasionally with the Executive Director to complete grant applications and ensure compliance with regulationsWork closely with CSSM administration to develop and maintain program budget, staffing, and evaluation of the SL programKeep the Director of Clinical Services informed of School Linked Program needs (resources, supplies, staff, etc)Negotiate MOUs with each school district superintendent and obtain signatures via email every JuneLead meetings with each district three times per year (2 meetings in person and a mid-year meeting via TEAMS) with Program CoordinatorsAssess Staffing needs and assignments with Program Coordinator inputThis position does require:local travel (driver's license/automobile insurance required)ability to sit for up to 60 minutesability to enter and exit buildings/facilities/officesbasic computer skills (typing/EMR)The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills (verbal and written), enjoys networking, demonstrates leadership skills, and collaborates well with others.Counseling Services of Southern Minnesota values diversity.
