with Long Term Care Experience

The Social Services/Social Worker Director is responsible for acting as a liaison and representative for the residents' social interests and to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility. The Social Worker Director will ensure that the medically-related emotional and social needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual basis.

Social Worker Director is actively involved with Resident Admissions and Discharges.

Must have a CSW or LSW license
