You will ensure predictable consistent and successful project delivery. You will plan coordinate and monitor large sized program and partner with key business stakeholders and IT senior management staff.What youll do:Manage and ensure cost effective delivery of large and complex technology projectsDevelop customized solutions within the platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives client requirements and company goalsManage daily support and maintenance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirementsProvide leadership guidance and mentoring to application development/engineering teams on best practices standards tools and methodologiesMaintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfullyLead and coordinate cross-functional teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project from initiation to closureExperience youll need to have: 10 years of application development experience on Java stack and cloud platforms8 years of experience managing enterprise-wide programs5 years of experience in Docker containers Kubernetes databases NoSQL systems storage and distributed persistence technologies5 years of programming experience in Java with a strong knowledge of data structures algorithms operating systems and distributed systems fundamentals3 years of experience in working with Agile TeamsBachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field or an equivalent combination of education work and military experienceExperience that would be great to have:Microsoft Azure experienceExperience in banking or financial industry particularly Credit Cards domainExperience in managing technology projects focused on transformationStrong understanding of cloud computing principlesExperience in relevant project management methodologiesHow youll work:Fiserv emphasizes in-person collaboration to help you grow your career while shaping the future of fintech this role is on-site Monday through FridayThis role requires flexibility to work overtime that includes weekends and holidaysThis role requires use of a computer and audio equipmentTravel:Approximately 10% travel off-site or to other office locations is expectedSponsorship:In order to be considered you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship now or in the futureSalary Range$140250.00 - $224400.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York.
