This is a high-impact role for a seasoned engineering leader who balances technical depth product intuition organizational leadership and strong cross-functional collaboration.Youll work closely with Product Design Operations and other Engineering leaders to shape and deliver the roadmap elevate engineering excellence and ensure our architecture supports NexHealths growth and innovation goals. This role gives you the opportunity to influence the direction of the product scale multiple teams and help build the engineering organization that powers healthcares modern infrastructure.What Youll DoDrive strategic technical leadership: Own the long-term vision and technical strategy for critical areas of NexHealths platform.Develop and grow high-performing teams: Hire mentor and retain top engineering talent; grow emerging leaders; and foster a culture of excellence ownership and innovation.Lead execution across teams: Oversee delivery of complex initiatives spanning multiple teams ensuring strong alignment between product goals and technical execution.Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Product Design and Go-to-Market teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.Provide technical oversight: Guide architecture scalability and maintainability across product domains championing high standards in code quality testing reliability and security.Shape org structure and culture: Build organizational structures career paths and team processes that enable high performance and a strong engineering culture.What Youll Bring10 years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of technical excellence and product delivery7 years of engineering leadership experience including directly managing managers and scaling large teamsDemonstrated success in people leadership including coaching performance management and career developmentExtensive experience building and delivering complex customer-facing software products at scaleStrong strategic and product judgment with the ability to balance near-term execution with long-term technical investmentsProven ability to lead through influence collaborating cross-functionally with Product Design Sales Customer Success and Executive stakeholdersTrack record of defining and driving engineering and organizational roadmaps with measurable business impactA builder mindset with a history of scaling teams and systems in fast-paced environmentsStrong ownership and initiative in ambiguous evolving contextsA bias for action and data-driven decision makingFirst-principles thinking applied to technical and organizational challengesDeep care for people development and long-term team healthStrong alignment with NexHealths core values and missionBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experienceCompensationActual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of NexHealths total compensation package for employees.
