Learn more at.What Youll Do:The SOX function plays a critical role in ensuring the company maintains an effective internal control environment over financial reporting (ICFR). The team partners closely with Finance Operations IT and Legal to drive compliance strengthen processes and support the companys growth and transformation.About the Role:The Director of SOX Business Process will lead the end-to-end SOX program overseeing control design testing remediation and continuous improvement across business processes. Reporting to the Senior Director of SOX you will guide both internal teams and co-sourced partners collaborate deeply with process owners and shape the maturity of our internal control environment. This role is highly cross-functional and offers the opportunity to build scalable processes drive automation and influence the companys control landscape as we grow.Who You Are:Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field; CPA CIA or CISA strongly preferred.Proven experience designing implementing and managing SOX compliance programs ideally in a pre-IPO and/or newly public high-growth technology company environment.10 years of Internal and SOX compliance experience preferably in both Big 4 and an in-house internal audit/SOX leadership roles in a fast paced technology companyComfortable in a fast-paced ever-changing and rapid-growth environmentProven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external auditors and build trust quickly.You are a self-starter who is results driven and possesses a strong sense of urgency in a fast paced environmentDemonstrated ability to efficiently navigate deficiency mitigation efforts ensuring timely and effective remediation.Experience refining optimizing and automating the existing control environment while maintaining compliance.Demonstrated history of leading a team of professionals and developing and growing your team through skills development and increasing scopeStrong project management skills and ability to drive accountability in a cross-functional environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trustExperience in working with AuditBoardWondering if youre a good fit We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams even if you arent a 100% skill or experience match.
