We’ve found that low ego, a growth mindset, and leaning into action and high impact goes a long way here.As the next member of our BizOps and Strategic Finance family, you should have 5-8+ years of overall professional experience with a mix of professional services and start-up experience, plus:Past experience in consulting, banking, or Strategic Finance. Experience working with Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams a plusStrong strategic sense with the ability to balance data driven insights and business instinctsSuperb financial modeling skills and extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis. Excellent data skills including strength with SQL is a plusComfort working exceptionally fast in an ambiguous work environmentAbility to operate independently and go deep on projects while also building key cross collaborative relationships across the companyDemonstrated ability to work and influence cross-functionally. You are proactive, great at communicating with different audiences and can bring stakeholders on-board. You seek out and have a track record for driving change and impact in a fluid, unstructured working environmentExcellent executive communication skills.
