Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you doROLE SUMMARY: The Director of Owned Retail Strategy & Finance sets the strategic direction and drives the financial performance of Anheuser-Buschs U.S. craft brewpubs taprooms restaurants and other owned retail outlets. This leader will help Anheuser-Busch harness its owned retail portfolio to grow local craft brands through exceptional customer experiences stronger operational leverage and enhance profitability.Working closely with the Director of Owned Retail Operations youll champion a hospitality-first culture across hundreds of employees creating lasting consumer connections. Youll share P&L ownership lead long-term growth initiatives and travel extensively to support and challenge our operators. You will drive cross-functional collaborative efforts across marketing FP&A supply people procurement legal and craft brewery leadership nationwide.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead Strategy and GrowthCo-own P&L for all U.S. craft brewpubs taprooms and other owned retail locations jointly with the Director of Owned Retail OperationsBuild and execute a multi-year plan to boost traffic elevate guest experiences and optimize the retail footprint for craft brand growthPartner with hospitality directors to identify and act on opportunities for brand perception profitability and portfolio expansionPresent business cases for openings renewals and closures aligned with company goalsAllocate resources strategically to maximize ROI on CapEx investmentsShape Culture and TalentChampion a hospitality-centered culture focused on exceptional consumer connectionsDefine clear values and behavioral expectations to uphold high service standardsDevelop training and hiring tools to build proactive high-performing hospitality teamsDrive Financial ExcellenceServe as strategic finance lead for the owned retail business unit overseeing all Project & Performance Management (PPM) functionsBenchmark performance against industry standards to fuel continuous improvementPartner with FP&A to set budgets site-level targets and manage monthly/annual performance cyclesOptimize leadership structures to strengthen execution and accountabilityCollaborate Across FunctionsWork closely with marketing FP&A supply people procurement and legal teamsAlign owned retail strategies with craft brewery leadership nationwideSupport development of High End (craft and import) branded retail locations including concessionaire-led spaces such as airportsJOB QUALIFICIATIONS:Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projectsStrong financial acumen in budgeting forecasting and performance managementExcellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skillsMulti-unit retail or hospitality leadership experience preferred ideally in craft beer or food & beverageWillingness to travel extensively and work alongside operators to drive results (up to 30%)5 days in officeWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: At Anheuser-Busch our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
