Job Description

As part of a delivery team and in conjunction with both clients, design professionals, expeditors, legal advisors, and contractors, coordinate and manage the entitlement and permitting processes on behalf of clients. Develop and maintain a Permit Schedule tracking all submission (i.e. survey, studies and relevant design documents), review, and approval milestones, highlighting current progress and critical path. Provide support for Owner during meetings and hearings with various Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) as it relates to the projects. Manage water consumption & air quality emissions (NOx, NH3, HCL) Monitor regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including environmental, safety, and building codes. Lead utility coordination with various public and private utility providers, including water, wastewater, electric, and natural gas SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

Qualifications

Experience in working with the following agencies: USACE, PennDot, PADEP, FAA, PECO, PIDC (Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation) City of Philadelphia (PWD, PGW, Licenses & Inspection, Streets Department, etc.). Ability to work full-time on site in Philadelphia at client location

Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time role is $240K-$260K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
