Join the Club!About the RoleAs Director Personal Loans youll play a critical role in advancing LendingClubs mission to help our members on their financial journeys. Youll lead strategies that expand engagement with existing members through optimized loan issuance and personalized offer experiences.Youll drive initiatives that deepen relationships enhance conversion and deliver outstanding member value. This role calls for a strategic data-driven leader with a strong understanding of unsecured lending and a passion for building programs that scale efficiently and responsibly.Youll partner closely with teams across Marketing Risk Finance Product and Operations to align on goals deliver insights and accelerate growth - while ensuring every member interaction reflects the trust and transparency at the heart of LendingClub.What Youll DoLead the strategy and execution of personal loan issuance and offer programs for existing membersTranslate strategic priorities into clear actionable plans to achieve issuance and engagement targetsDevelop and evolve the member offer framework - driving improvements in personalization eligibility and experience to enhance conversion and profitabilityCollaborate with Marketing Risk and Finance partners to align on performance metrics forecasts and portfolio objectivesEnsure operational excellence and compliance across issuance processes and partner integrationsContinuously improve offer performance and funnel efficiency through testing analytics and process innovationPartner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless member-centric experience across the issuance and offer lifecycleLead business reviews and performance updates with senior leadership providing insights and recommendations for growthDevelop mentor and empower a high-performing team of analysts managers and contractorsAbout You10 years of experience in consumer lending financial services management consulting or a related field with proven success managing issuance or offer programsDeep expertise in unsecured lending credit economics and member lifecycle optimizationStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills - able to translate insights into scalable growth strategies.Experienced people leader with a track record of building high-performing teams in fast-paced matrixed environmentsExcellent communicator and collaborator who thrives on working across teams to deliver measurable impactBachelors degree or higher in Business Economics Finance or related field; or equivalent work experienceWork Location San FranciscoThe above locations are eligible offices for this locations have been determined to foster in-person collaboration with this roles team or the related business lines. We utilize a hybrid work model and our teams are in-office Tuesdays Wednesdays and -person attendance is essential for this roles success and remote placement will not be offers relocation based on actual job level. Time Zone Requirements Primarily PTWhile the position will primarily work local hours LendingClub is headquartered in Pacific Time and our ideal candidate will be flexible working across time zones when necessary.Travel Requirements As needed travel to LendingClub offices and/or other locations as needed. Compensation The target base salary range for this position is 00. The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge experience education skills and location. Base salary is just one part of LendingClubs Total Rewards package.
