About The Team

We are modernizing the infrastructure for our Credit Card business. You will work in a highly cross‑functional environment to help card clients leverage modern data assets to achieve consistent customer experiences and raise the bar on well‑managed outcomes. You will have the opportunity to go deep into the foundational technology services in Financial Services, and work closely with Product, Tech, Risk and Ops leaders and peers.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
    • Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 (Director, Product Management)
New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 (Director, Product Management)
Candidates hired in other locations will receive the pay range associated with that location. The actual annualized salary offered at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
