We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Product Management to lead the development and ownership of our next generation AI & Data product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for the AI products, aligning with overall business objectives and user needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, security, data) in the development and implementation of the service, ensuring high quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure the service adheres to industry standards and regulations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive conditions, positioning the product effectively.
  • Oversee and steer the product development process, ensuring compliance with budget, scope, and project timelines.
  • Responsible to lead customer conversation, pricing negotiation & Go to Market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven field, preferably with direct exposure to AI product management.
  • Robust understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Experience in risk & cyber security related product is added advantage.

  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Purchase, New York: $179,000 - $305,000 USD
