Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.About you:Four-year degree or equivalent experience10 years of experience in product project and program management orstore operationsAbility to lead and influence a team while fostering relationships across multiple enterprise-wide teamsComfortable working across geographic regionsStrong analytical andproblem-solvingskillswith the ability to managemultiple programs and deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to maximize relationshipsExperience with technology and ability tofacilitatecommunication between business and technology teamsStrong communicationskills and proven ability to influence both at a strategic leadership level and cross functionallyStrategic mindset and bias for action with strong ability for strategic planning defining OKRs and driving business outcomesThis position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
