Join the ADP Solutions & Market Insights team as a hands-on, experienced product marketer focused on advancing the growth of ADP Workforce Now.This role is part of the Solutions Marketing & Insights organization, focused on:Bringing a strong outside-in perspective to everything we doElevating product focus and driving launches that make an impactIncreasing demand through outcomes-driven, insight-led marketingReporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will partner across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations, Market Insights, Competitive Intelligence, and Analyst Relations. You will craft compelling positioning, messaging, narrative storytelling, and go-to-market strategy for ADP Workforce Now in the North American mid-market.ResponsibilitiesDevelop clear, compelling messaging that differentiates ADP’s solutions and enables sales, marketing, and client-facing teams to communicate value.Craft accurate, outcomes-driven value propositions for mid-market buyers.Develop messaging that aligns with product strategy and highlights differentiated capabilities.Partner with Sales Readiness, Pre-Sales, Enablement, and training teams to ensure consistent narratives across collateral, demos, presentations, and tools.Develop core product marketing assets, including collateral, product videos, website content, sales sheets, brochures, white papers, webinars, and more.Contribute to analyst submissions, executive presentations, internal briefings, and event content.Serve as the strategic advisor and owner of product messaging across campaigns, digital programs, demand generation, and sales materials.#LI-CS5#LI-HYBRIDJob RequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent.5–7 years in product marketing or related roles.Experience supporting and empowering sales teams with strong messaging, content, and enablement tools.Demonstrated success developing product messaging and positioning adopted by sales and marketing.Experience launching technology products or capabilities with measurable results.Experience working closely with Product Management—able to translate roadmap direction into market-ready narratives.Preferred QualificationsExperience with B2B technology solutions, including AI‑powered tools, HCM systems, HR platforms, or benefits technologies.Proven ability to partner closely with Product Management, Competitive Intelligence, and cross‑functional Marketing and Sales teams to drive alignment and execution.Experience localizing marketing materials.Background working in large, matrixed organizations.Personal TraitsYou’re a Communicator.You articulate complex ideas clearly, anticipate objections, and influence senior leaders.
