This critical role will report directly to the Vice President of Hematology Marketing and is expected to work closely with key internal partners as well as the EPKINLY US alliance partner. He/she will own the Physician and Consumer experience strategy for epcoritamab in the Diffuse Large B-Cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and/or Follicular Lymphoma (FL) space and be an essential contributor to the overall product marketing extended launch teams and annual brand planning process.As a newly created position within Genmab the Dir EPKINLY will have the opportunity to set and own the strategy for this important brand. Success in this role will require a collaborative mindset strong hematology experience (with a recent launch) and a proven track record of operating in an emerging/developing organization.Responsibilities: Serve as the resident brand team expert on current and evolving platforms and opportunities related to HCP Consumer institution and key accounts in hematology marketingEstablish and pull through the vision set by Genmab organizational leadershipSeamlessly integrate professional promotion strategies into the overall product brand planManage detailed tactical plans and develop related content to drive brand goalsCollaborate to provide critical input into HCP/Consumer/Key Acct Institution profiles targeting and segmentationPartners with cross-functional teams and alliance business partners to develop and implement cohesive brand campaign creative positioning and messaging etc.Effectively translate primary & secondary data into insight-driven decision making and actionable strategies and tacticsTrack and provide weekly key performance indicator reportsRepresenting the brand during Medical/Legal/Regulatory review meetings to ensure launch readinessWork effectively with Genmab sales leadership (and field sales advisory boards) relevant Genmab functions and EPKINLY alliance partners while representing Best for Brand and Genmab interestsWork productively to lead through external agency partners key internal stakeholders and cross-functional groups within the Genmab organizationDrive engagement and partnerships with relevant professional societies and marketing advisory boardsManage project timelines budgets and all key deliverables aligned to effective launch readinessBasic Qualifications: Bachelors DegreeMinimum of 5 years of progressive responsibilities within oncology/hematology marketingAbility to travel domestically up to 25%Established people leadership experience with direct reportsPreferred Qualifications: Deep understanding of HCP Consumer Key account and GPO marketing concepts within pharma/biotechRecent (BsAb ADC IO targeted therapy personalized medicine) oncology/hematology launch experienceExperience working in the highly complex dynamic environment of an emerging organizationDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and on multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to thrive in ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of resultsResourceful decisive and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing organizationStrong communication and presentation skillsStartup emerging pharma or new team experience desiredPrior joint venture co-promote co-marketing alliance experience strongly desiredFor US based candidates the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:$190960.00---$286440.00The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills qualifications experience and location.
