Our Heart Failure solutions are helping address some of the Worlds greatest healthcare challenges. As the Director Program Management Healthcare Services & Software youll direct the Project Management Office Business Analytics and Process Excellence departments to analyze define gain management approval and implement key strategic programs. Leads and manages high impact change programs that significantly improve the product experience and productivity of the division.What Youll Work OnLead program planning execution and delivery for programs across full portfolio of software products and healthcare servicesManage and mentor the following functional teams: project management business analytics (e.g. PowerBI reporting) and process excellence (e.g. lean / six sigma).Drive risk identification and mitigation across all programsCoordinate cross-functional collaboration with end-to-end business functions: Software Engineering Revenue Cycle Management Commercial Legal Compliance RegulatoryEnsure compliance with regulatory standardsCommunicate program status and risks to senior leadership and stakeholdersRequired Qualifications Bachelors Degree in related field.10yr experienced in managing complex software programs in regulated industriesStrong background in risk management and program delivery in a highly matrixed geographically diverse environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities while holding others accountableProactive problem solver focused on leading by example with an emphasis on quality and complianceAbility to travel approximately 10% with occasional international trips.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Healthcare Services (e.g. DME IDTF) Medical Devices or other regulated Healthcare industryBlack belt in lean / six sigmaExperience with PowerBI and/or other business performance softwareLearn more about our health and wellness benefits which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives: Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
