This role will be responsible for elevating the teams performance reputation and alignment with our rapidly growing business. The Director will bring ability to build cross functional executive level relationships prioritization discipline and proactive leadership to the team. This is a high-impact opportunity to reimagine how quality drives innovation scalability and operational excellence.What Youll Do:Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute a forward-looking QA strategy aligned with organizational goalsChampion quality as a business enabler across functions.Shift the team from reactive quality control to proactive quality assurance.Team Development & StructureReorganize team roles and responsibilities to optimize strengths and address gaps.Lead coach and mentor QA engineers to build cross-functional capabilities and foster culture of continuous improvement.Partner with the existing manager to optimally leverage subject matter expertiseProcess ModernizationIntroduce scalable QA processes automation and tools to support innovation and compliance.Drive improvements in CAPA ISO readiness supplier audits and product quality.Implement and improve metrics and dashboards to monitor quality performance and stakeholder satisfaction.Stakeholder EngagementIncrease trust and reputation through consistent delivery transparency and responsiveness.Lead monthly quality syncs with cross-functional teams to review critical metrics and drive continuous improvement.Serve as the voice of quality in leadership forums and strategic planning.We are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action EmployerWizards of the Coast is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience skills location and market conditions.
