Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBenefits:Employee discountsPaid time offJob description:Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Sales (DOS) to lead sales efforts across multiple properties in the New Orleans market, including City Express, Wyndham, and Tryp by Wyndham. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving top-line revenue through strategic sales planning, proactive market engagement, and strong brand alignment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute the sales strategy for all assigned properties in the NOLA marketDevelop and manage relationships with corporate, group, and travel trade clientsIdentify and capture new business opportunities to grow market shareCollaborate with property GMs and revenue teams to align sales and pricing strategiesRepresent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, and community partnershipsOversee and guide the work of on-property sales associates or third-party sales supportMonitor and report on performance metrics to ensure goals are met or exceededMaintain full compliance with brand sales standards and tools (Marriott and Wyndham)Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales (applications without this will not be considered)Prior experience with Marriott and/or Wyndham brands strongly preferredIn-depth knowledge of the New Orleans hotel market is requiredProven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targetsStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to multitask across multiple properties with efficiency and professionalismCompensation:Salary is not a limiting factor for the right candidateCompensation will be commensurate with experience and qualificationsTo Apply:Qualified candidates are invited to submit their resume on [email protected] and a brief cover letter outlining relevant experience in the NOLA hospitality market.
