Job Description
The Director Sales Luxury & Lifestyle Mexico is responsible for leading Accors luxury and lifestyle sales in Mexico. This role focuses on driving commercial success strengthening strategic agency and consortia partnerships and elevating the presence of Accors luxury brands. The position requires a highly collaborative strategic leader who can effectively manage regional sales efforts and ensure alignment with global priorities.Key Responsibilities:Lead the luxury and lifestyle sales strategy across Mexico aligning with broader Americas and global business objectivesManage Accor Preferred partnerships and HERA relationships ensuring each has a clearly defined strategic and sales marketing plan tailored to the Latin American marketCollaborate with hotels to support positioning contracting and sales opportunities within the regionIdentify market trends and unlock new opportunitiesRepresent Accors luxury and lifestyle brands at key regional trade shows client events and industry forumsSupport the execution of sales & marketing to maximize partner engagement and revenue performanceAssist with budget planning and provide input into regional forecasting and business planningFoster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and encourage a culture of collaboration excellence and accountabilityQualifications : Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury hotel sales with a focus on the Latin American marketDeep understanding of regional travel agency and consortia networksStrong track record of building and managing successful sales strategies in complex multicultural marketsExcellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong assetProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or ANAIS is preferredBachelors degree from an accredited institutionSelf-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with regional and global teamsWillingness and ability to travel extensively within Latin AmericaAdditional Information : Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract recruit and promote diverse talent.Why work for AccorWe are far more than a worldwide leader.
