Job Description
The Director of Strategic Memberships is responsible for growing our membership base and their participation with Health Evolution. Specific sectors include health care technology companies service providers funds/financial institutions and innovators. Primary Job FunctionsDevelop a keen understanding of the value of Health Evolutions membership and meeting packages Develop and execute annual strategic plan for renewing and expanding relationship with current members and acquiring new onesApply strategic relationship-based approach to selling integrated enterprise-wide membershipWork in partnership with the head of Member Services to support smooth hand-off of closed business to internal teams while continuing to advise and support in order to maintain high customer satisfaction levelsDevelop and nurture long-term relationships with senior level decision makers within member and prospective member companiesAbility to learn and understand the priorities challenges and opportunities within each market sector (Technology Services Financial etc.) to effectively map to Health Evolution offeringsKey Performance IndicatorsMeet exceed documented revenue targets/goals - Monthly Quarterly AnnuallyBuild pipeline of new members in targeted market segmentsBring in target number of new members in year 1Grow average revenue yield within existing membersUpdate pipeline reporting and projections that effectively and efficiently inform the businessDemonstrate discovery and listening skills and the ability to map the marketing needs of any potential member Qualifications : What You Will Need to Be SuccessfulBachelors degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience5 years of selling across membership organizations and events (Account Based Marketing experience is a plus)Knowledge of how different healthcare sectors work togetherDemonstrated success in creating and executing on sales strategyAbility to ideate successful programs based on effective client discovery and needs assessmentExperience in health care industryDemonstrated track record of achieving/exceeding revenue goalsAbility to travel up to 10-15%Strong experience with Salesforce and reportingFluency with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom Microsoft Teams etc.Ability to map the marketing and sales enablement needs of any Health Evolution member or prospectInterpersonal Skills & AttributesArticulate well-developed communication skills and proven ability to negotiateAn assertive self-confident personality with the ability to maintain and grow strategic relationshipsCollaborative Team PlayerCustomer-focusedStrategic mindsetAttention to detailSelf-directed and resourcefulExcellent organizational skills Additional Information : BenefitsAbility to work remotelyCompetitive compensationCompetitive comprehensive health care coverageFlexible paid time off401k w/company matchHealth Evolution is an equal opportunity employer.
