This role sits between the Medical Directors (MDs) and the Regional Chief Veterinary Officer (CVO) providing close partnership mentorship and leadership development for all medical leaders in the region.As a senior leader reporting directly to the Regional Chief Veterinary Officer you will build and maintain a high performing team own training and education to facilitate both development of your teams and to enable advanced medical quality in your clinics oversee the development and deployment of medical programs that support our veterinarians and medical leaders and ensure our medical strategy keeps Bond Vet at the forefront of veterinary medicine.PrioritiesPrioritize Presence Show Up.
