We balance this design with a strong focus on technology all built in-house which means we can easily innovate our systems to improve the veterinary team pet and client experience.About the RoleWe are seeking a Regional Medical Director to serve as the strategic and clinical leader for the NY metro region ensuring that our teams are supported engaged and accountable for delivering exceptional medical quality. This role sits between the Medical Directors (MDs) and the Regional Chief Veterinary Officer (CVO) providing close partnership mentorship and leadership development for all medical leaders in the region.As a senior leader reporting directly to the Regional Chief Veterinary Officer you will build and maintain a high performing team own training and education to facilitate both development of your teams and to enable advanced medical quality in your clinics oversee the development and deployment of medical programs that support our veterinarians and medical leaders and ensure our medical strategy keeps Bond Vet at the forefront of veterinary medicine.PrioritiesPrioritize Presence Show Up.
