Director- Tax, Managed Services (Alternative Assets) at IQ-EQ

We are seeking an accomplished Director to join our Tax Managed services team. This individual will play a strategic leadership role in serving private equity and alternative investment clients. The Director will provide high-level technical expertise oversee multiple projects drive business growth and maintain impactful executive-level client relations. This role offers the chance to engage directly with clients providing tailored solutions and serving as a trusted advisor securing alignment between client goals and our service offerings.What youll doYoull oversee multiple projects ensuring quality effectiveness and alignment with client needs.Youll serve as a trusted advisor delivering tailored solutions and guiding clients on fund formation structuring transactions and cross-border tax matters.Youll anticipate emerging tax issues communicate their implications proactively and design innovative strategies to optimize outcomes for funds investors and portfolio companies.Youll manage complex technical reviews resolving intricate tax returns and issues for partnerships and corporations in private equity and alternative investment sectors.Youll collaborate with leadership driving growth initiatives expanding client relationships and fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.What we offerIQ-EQ offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees well-being and work-life balance. Employees receive generous paid time off including 4 weeks of PTO that increases over time sick time and paid holidays and financial wellness is supported through a 401(k) plan with a company match (subject to eligibility).Health benefits include medical dental vision mental health support and additional ancillary insurance plans. Additional benefits include paid parental leave and a hybrid work schedule promoting both personal and professional fulfillment.The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($175000 - $210000).Qualifications : You have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Tax with a Masters or JD preferred and hold a CPA or equivalent credential.You bring 12 years of US tax consulting and compliance experience primarily in public accounting or a similar advisory environment with deep expertise in alternative investments.You have at least 4 years in a leadership role managing client relationships high-performing teams and driving business development initiatives.You excel in communication presentation and leadership enabling you to build long-term client relationships and deliver strategic solutions.You are willing to travel up to 20% depending on location to meet client and business needs.Additional Information : Our commitment to you and the environmentSustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
