By blending human expertise with cutting-edge technology Retirement Strategies Technology is shaping a future where retirement planning is more accessible personalized and secure.Location: Newark NJ hybrid (minimum 3 days/week in office)Your TeamAs a Director Tech Lead on the Retirement Strategies Institutional team you will partner with product owners tech leads designers engineers and delivery professionals to deliver quality platforms and products with speed. You will code test and debug new and existing applications as you implement capabilities to solve sophisticated business problems deploy innovative products services and experiences to delight our customers! The salary range for this role is from $177800.00 to $240600.00.
