supportingself-service tenants:Automate operation installation and monitoring of the datavisualization platformcomponents in our infrastructure stackManage and resolvecriticalsupport issues with a high degree of technical complexity.Ensure document knowledge in the form of incident notes technical articles and contributions to knowledge bases or forums within specific areas of expertise.Measure andmonitorservice and support performance and health (SLAs KPIs etc.)Collaborate with engineeringand supportteams onplatform lifecycle managementDevelop andmaintainoperationalrun-booksand training curricula for support teamsMinimum RequirementsBachelors degree in Computer ScienceEngineering or related fieldand 8 years of professional experienceor Masters Degree and 7 years of experience or PHD and 5 years of experience.At least5yearsengineering or technical role experience ideally involving a complex and rapidly evolving software/productAt least5years of experience with BI and data visualization developmentand/or platform managementProventrack recordof executive level presentations and ability to effectively communicate to multiple audiences and partnersGrit when faced with technical issues- youdontrest until you understand what is happening and why things are not working.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with an aptitude for learningnew technologies.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsand the ability tointerface withboth technical and non-technical individuals as needed.Deep interest and enthusiasm for transformative data visualization and insight generationExperience withBI platforms likeSAP BOJ MicroStrategyTableau SpotfirePowerBI or similar toolsStrongWindows and/orLinux system administration experience.Comfort $169700.00 to $282900.00.* In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in
