Daily Tasks & ResponsibilitiesInspect, receive, unpack, label, and route incoming materials accuratelyResearch and resolve shipment discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortagesPerform cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances within ERP/WMS systemsPick, kit, stage, and move materials to support production and distribution needsInvestigate transaction errors and support scrap, quality hold, and disposition activitiesPack and ship domestic and international orders, including HAZMAT materialsCoordinate freight pickups and maintain compliant shipping documentationMonitor packaging supplies and stay current on shipping and regulatory requirements Requirements & Qualifications4+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logisticsHands-on experience with international shipping, freight booking, and HAZMATStrong computer skills, including ERP/WMS systems, shipping portals, and Microsoft OfficePrior certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock pickers (preferred)Ability to lift 40+ pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shiftExperience in training others, resolving inventory discrepancies, or conducting root cause analysis is a plusFamiliarity with FAA regulations, INCOTERMs, ISO standards, 6S, or similar practices is an advantage Apply Today!If you're ready to bring your inventory, warehouse, and logistics expertise to an organization that values precision, reliability, and professional growth, take the next step today.
