BSpreferredLicensure in clinical discipline(RN)in the State of Maryland & Washington DCActive CPRWORK EXPERIENCETwo (2) years home care or home care discharge planning experience preferredKnowledge of Medicare Conditions of ParticipationThorough knowledge of home care community resources agency policy and procedures federal and state regulations and third party regulations for reimbursement of home care services.Salary Range: Minimum /hour - Maximum /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
