Our Dishwashers enjoy great perks a set-schedule with weekends off and a welcoming fast-paced environment that provides on-the-job training for those looking to start a career in the culinary field. The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes glassware flatware pots pants etc. using both machine and manual cleaning methods. This position will maintain kitchen work areas equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition. You will place clean dishes utensils and equipment in storage areas and will prepare and package individual place settings. May be directed by Managers to: Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations cupboards refrigerators and salad bars. Transfer by hand supplies and equipment between storage areas and work areas. Accommodate all requests and special needs for guests andClientsWash & Dry:the primary duty is to provide clean dishes and cooking equipment toguestsand kitchen crew. This includes washing and drying dishes glassware flatware and pots and pans by machine or handLoad & Unload:must be able to load and unload the dish washing machinefrequently throughout the dayCleanliness:maintain clean work areas and equipment; sweep and scrub floorsStock:place clean dishes utensilsand cooking equipment in storage areas; prepare and package individual place settingsTrash:sort and remove trash placing it in designated pickup areas. Clean garbage cans with water or steamKitchen Support:clean and prepare various foods for cooking and serving; stock supplies in serving stations cupboards refrigerators and salad barsSafety: maintain a clean and organized workspace.
