We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Cook will provide quality service as well as consistent products. This position will assist the kitchen staff with the daily upkeep of the facility's kitchen(s) in Catering and Concessions.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Cook and prepare foodServes food in proper pre-determined portion sizes and at the correct temperatureMaintains appearance of all equipment and serving countersMaintains inventory in the stock roomCleans kitchen area before and after business hoursScrubs, sanitizes, and stores pots and pans, utensils, and dishesPerforms other related duties as requiredAssists in venue distribution/warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, purchase order tracking, clean-up, transfers, and minor equipment maintenanceMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Understand and follow both oral and written instructionsMust be at least 18 years of ageAbility to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patronsMust be able to work a flexible schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours) and regular attendance is necessaryMust have excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and be a team playerWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 50 pounds waist highThe employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl The employee is exposed to cleaning chemicals that must be handled with extreme cautionWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may work in outside weather conditions and can be exposed to hot, wet, and humid conditionsSignificant standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pullingWill be required to operate a computerFacility has intermittent noiseJob Posted by ApplicantPro
