Dispatchable Field Service Representative at Veolia Environnement SA

As a Dispatchable Field Service Representative youll be on the front lines providing operations andmaintenance expertise on water treatment systems for one of our customers from one of a variety ofindustries. This mission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including mediafiltration softening reverse osmosis (RO) ion exchange (IX) de-oxygenation electro deionization andultrafiltration (UF).Key Characteristics  Conduct maintenance and calibration activities Consult with customer management and operation teams Excellent mechanical know how and problem-solving skills Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications Operate monitor and optimize equipment performanceDuties & Responsibilities Carry out mechanical electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves air compressors ejectors process pumps blowers and instrumentation Create and maintain site paperwork and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed. Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity hardness chlorine pH CO2 O2 SDI TOC in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements Other duties as assignedKnowledge Skills & Abilities Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams Provide customers with informal training around operation and maintenance of their system Skilled in use of computer for reports emails service manuals etc.Qualifications : Education & ExperienceRequired: High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent 2 yearsexperience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment Valid Drivers LicenseDesirable: Bachelor or Associates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate inmaintenanceAdditional Information : Ability to travel within NAM as required.
