Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe’re hiring a Dispatcher (Logistics Coordinator) to join our growing Expedite Department in Independence, MO. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take charge of logistics and  operations. You’ll play a key part in coordinating time-sensitive shipments across the U.S. and Canada, managing communication with drivers and customers, and helping us maintain top-tier service. We offer full training, hands-on support, and real opportunities to grow within the company.Join our new Missouri team and help shape the future of our expanding operation.ResponsibilitiesDispatch and manage expedited freight and NFO freight across the U.S. and CanadaSource loads from load boards and existing customer relationshipsCommunicate clearly with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teamsMonitor delivery timelines and resolve any service issuesMaintain accurate dispatch records and load documentationAssist with quoting, tracking, and updating shipment statusesRespond quickly and professionally in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsStrong communication and multitasking abilitiesComfortable working with GmailBasic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and web-based toolsOrganized and detail-orientedAbility to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasksReliable and punctual with a team-first attitudeExperience in logistics (ground and air), dispatch, or transportation is a requiredCompensationPay: Hourly $21- $26 plus Commission.Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life & AD&D coverage.Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with employer contributions.Paid Time Off: Generous vacation package to support work-life balance.About USKO Workforce, IncUSKO Expedite is part of USKO, Inc. - a national transportation company with multipledivisions including logistics, autohaul, and time-critical freight.
