Assists with organizing and conducting activities to assure safe cost-effective on-time operating performance tracks and reports sign-in and sign-out times assure routes are timely and communicate service issues to the appropriate personnel. This work is done in compliance with the procedures defined by the client and in conformance with company procedures which involves daily communication and interaction with drivers and monitors (as applicable).Why make the move to MTM Transit:Monday - Friday ScheduleRate of Pay $27.00/hrLocation: 280 62nd Ave Denver CO 80216Affordable benefits including Medical Dental and VisionFree Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability coverage for eligible employeesPaid TrainingPaid Holidays & Paid Time Off (PTO)Yearly Pay Increases401(k)Referral Bonus ProgramWhat Youll Do: Assist with all phone call information and dispatching of ridesOrganize and route trips based on schedule and location to ensure optimal performanceProvide assistance to drivers for directions to destinationsAssist drivers and the call center with problems or issues relating to schedulingEstablish and maintain effective communication with drivers and the call centerReport and record all incidents to the applicable managerDocument and report provider no shows or on-time-performance issuesInform transportation providers of their next-days trips and any new trips that occurMonitor radio telephones and on-road provision of service for qualityRecord time of departure destination and expected time of returnProvide feedback on drivers performanceWhat Youll Need:Experience Education & Certifications:High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent2 years in transportation routing dispatching and scheduling expertise preferred1 year experience working with the applicable transit scheduling system preferredKnowledge of GPS and GIS systems preferredPossess valid authorization to work in the United StatesSkills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood organizational skills with attention to timeliness and detailsMust be able to demonstrate effective use of scheduling software two-way radio communication and data analysis skillsSkills in the use of computers including Microsoft Word Excel and other Microsoft applicationsAbility to maintain high level of confidentialityRegular attendance is requiredPay:$27.00/HREqual Opportunity Employer: MTM is an equal opportunity employer.
