Responsibilities  Service IntakeReceive service requests from processors and determine technician needs. SchedulingAssign appropriate service techs and coordinate multi-tech jobs.️ Service ManagementReview open service lists, prioritize older and urgent cases, and confirm part orders or inspection needs.️ Logistics PlanningMap service locations and communicate availability to customers. DocumentationLog scheduled services in the Dispatch Log and individual tech calendars (Outlook).‍‍ Team CoordinationCommunicate with techs regarding job outcomes, site issues, and part orders. Rescheduling & UpdatesManage reschedules, reopen services, and update distributors as needed. Time TrackingMonitor techs’ time off, redirected time, and cross-area support. Problem SolvingRequest parts, close services, and balance workloads across teams. Qualifications  Reasoning AbilityAbility to identify root causes and prioritize tasks effectively. Education & SkillsStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency with Outlook and scheduling toolsAbility to work independently and collaboratively Office-BasedFrequent sitting, walking, and standing in a typical office setting.️ Manual DexterityRegular use of hands and fingers for office equipment. CommunicationOral and auditory capacity for phone and in-person interactions. AttendanceConsistent daily presence required to maintain service levels.
