Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintains regular and reliable attendance.Retrieves product in accordance with system generated orders.Pulls orders according to sequencing on wireless hand-held device.Sorts lab jobs to store bins correctly.Consolidates merchandise as necessary.Insure correct application of shipping levels of service as instructed.Places cartons in bin or on pallet for correct level of service.Select box size based on picked tote weight pack product to ensure there is no damage.Restocks bins as necessary during picking operations.Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.Maintains clean orderly workstation-returns supplies merchandise to assigned locations and cleans work area at end of production shift.Perform other duties as required.Education and Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDExperience working in a warehouse settingExperience working in the optical industry is preferredSkills and AbilitiesAbility to stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours per day per scheduled shift)Ability to occasionally stoop bend kneel crouch reach and twistAbility to lift carry push and/or pull up to approximately 15 lbsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals.Attention to detail a must due to need for quality assurance.Ability to maintain a clean and orderly work area.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employeesWorking EnvironmentWork is performed primarily in a warehouse settingEnvironment often fast-paced deadline orientedMay work alone as necessary or with partner Required Experience:IC Key Skills IT Network,Corporate Sales,Data Networking,Bank Reconciliation,Information Technology Sales,AC Maintenance Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
