You will also foster a safe team environment.ResponsibilitiesDrives compliance with safety quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectivesServes as the Distribution Operations Subject Matter Expert rotating flexing and training employees on each aspect of the warehouse / distribution processes (Freight Returns Receiving Restock and Transfers)Defines and applies cross training needs in all warehouse team functions to support customer demand and satisfactionKeenly understands Distribution Center operational goals identifies gaps and recommends continuous process improvement solutions.
