Distribution Cut Table Operator at Engineered Floors

Job Summary: The purpose of the Cut Table Operator is to be responsible for processing cuts on a cut table.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Operate cut table to maximize output.Inspect carpet for any defect before being tagged wrapped and marked for shipment.Operate lift truck.Follow all safety protocols and proceduresPerformance Expectations (if applicable):Standing and walking approximately 8 hours per shift.Reaching bending twisting stooping walking and squatting throughout shiftMust be able to distinguish colors and shades.Must be able to use scissors.Experience/Education Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Must be able to read and write.Must be able to do basic addition subtraction division and multiplication.Computer or data entry preferred.Other Requirements:Overtime is required on occasion.Perform any other duties as assigned.All accidents must be reported immediately.
