In this role youll manage multiple accounts within an assigned geographic area ensuring that custodial services meet high standards and comply with federal/state regulations. Youll provide leadership and guidance to support our teams in delivering excellent service while also maintaining accurate records and managing budgets. Ask your interviewer for details.*Not available in AR.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple school accounts in a designated geographic area in compliance with policies and regulations.Lead custodial and laundry teams (if applicable) to meet quality safety and customer service standards.Maintain accurate records of income expenditures personnel supplies and equipment.Provide and document training for all employees in the assigned area.Perform custodial and floor technician duties when necessary.Review reports approve payroll manage corrective actions and assist with open enrollment.QualificationsBachelors degree in management or related field (preferred); high school diploma or equivalent required.2 years of custodial services experience preferably in healthcare or school environments with supervisory experience.Specialized training in custodial and laundry equipment operation is desirable.Strong leadership communication and organizational skills; ability to manage budgets and grow accounts.Professional and positive relationship-building skills with staff and school executives.Proven success in P&L and budget management.Excellent organizational and time management skills with a track record of growing accounts.Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds stand sit bend and walk for extended periods.Must be able to perform routine repetitive tasks continuously.Must be able to work around cleaning products.Must be able to travel (up to 75%) for account visits and activities with a willingness to relocate if necessary.Must provide a criminal background check.Valid drivers license.Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.Ready to Join UsIf youre passionate about managing safe clean and functional school environments apply now to become a School District Manager of Environmental Services at CSG!CSG is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
