Job Description

Join the largest delivery-first restaurant group in the United States!
Location: 3 Chicago kitchens and 3 to 5 kitchens out of state
Schedule: Full Time
Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 annual salary + Period Bonuses

    District Manager Responsibilities

    • Hybrid Work Model
    • Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple kitchens/locations
    • Partner with Regional Director to hire, coach and develop Kitchen Managers and other staff.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and Coach operational procedures to maintain high company standards.
    • Conduct regularstore visits and audits to assess performance with Kitchen Managers.
    • Analyze financial performance with Kitchen Managers and provide support with recommendations for improvement.
    • Analyze customer reviews to assist kitchens with service standards.

      District Manager Requirements

      • Solid foundation in culinary skillsand customer service skills
      • Minimum of 5 years of kitchen or retail management experience
      • Minimum of 2years of multi-unit experience, managing 4 or more locations
      • Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets
      • Willingness to travel to each location in Chicago and neighboring kitchens in the region
      • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
