Our District Managers receive a lucrative compensation and benefit package, including company vehicle, health insurance, paid-time-off, 401k plan and fun work environment.What you will enjoy doing..Review daily, weekly and monthly reports to monitor region and branch performance and take corrective action with any deficiencies which includes developing action plansMonitor fleet performance; prepare and/or review equipment requisitions for additional equipment.Prepare yearly business plan forecasting revenues, expenses, fleet ROI and utilization and overall branch growthWorks collaboratively with District Sales Managers to establish performance goals and development plans for all sales personnel within the District and monitors performance on a continual basis.Identifies opportunities for growth in both markets and verticals in coordination with company initiatives.Oversees the development and/or maintenance of all customers within the District.Work with Branch Managers to actively manage and monitor employee overtime to determine when it is appropriate to add additional employeeOther duties as needed.What you bring to the table..Energetic, enthusiastic and possess interpersonal skills along with a sense of urgencyPossess exceptional sales and customer relation skillsPrevious outside and/or inside sales experience is preferredFive plus years of Management experience is preferredKnowledge of construction equipment is preferredKnowledge of trench equipment and application is preferredCompetent computer skills, including Microsoft Office & Rental/Operations applicationsFluency in the English language is required while the ability to speak a second language is a plusMust have and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving recordPossess or ability to obtain CPT/CSE Trainer CertificationBe able to frequently lift 25 lbs. occasionally lift 50 lbs. and seldom lift 90 lbs.
