Company:The Davey Tree Expert CompanyLocations:Portland MEAdditional Locations:Kennebunk & BiddefordWork Site:On SiteReq ID:218029Compensation Data Salary: $120k- $180k - including bonus incentive (Salary depending on experience certifications and licensing)Position Overview Responsible forthe growth and profitability of the district operations while providing and promoting the leadership vision support direction and enforcement of company policies for all operations within the district and market servedby performing the following duties.Job Duties What Youll Do:Be a tree doctor that makes house calls.Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees.Provide customers with estimates based on their needs.Develop and update annual plant health care programs.Create and build relationships with new and existing clients.Set up supervise and train crew members sales team and office staff.
