Real Work Real Impact Tackle meaningful projects and gain insight into client services at a global investment firmYou will be responsible for:Develop and execute sales plan strategies with the primary focus of prospecting new businessIdentify sales opportunities and advisor needs cross-sell ideas and introduce new conceptsDevelop asset allocation strategies based on client objectives and risk tolerancesAnalyze regional/product sales trends within participating broker/dealer firms and among individual financial advisorsWork with various departments/individuals within the organization to provide Best in Class service to our financial advisorsHandle daily administrative tasks to ensure maximum business efficiency i.e. update and maintain contact management systemLeverage analytical tools as an added resource to internal/external partners in developing portfolio construction ideasComplete internship with a better understanding of the Asset Management industry specifically distributionMinimum Qualifications:Currentlyenrolled in a bachelors degree program andbea rising Juniorgraduatingby summer of 2027MinimumGPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scaleBasic understanding of mutual funds and financial marketsUnderstanding of investment advisor relationshipsStrong analytical skillsComfortable working with technologyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMustbe able to work in one of Invescos offices where the program is availablePreferred Qualifications:Working towards a college degree in Finance Economics or a business discipline major preferredCreative problem-solving and analytical thinkingAgility in managing shifting priorities and thriving in dynamic environmentsFull Time / Part TimeFull timeWorker TypeStudent/Intern (Fixed Term)Job Exempt (Yes / No)NoWorkplace ModelPursuant to Invescos Workplace Policy employees are expected to comply with the firms most current workplace model which as of October 1 2025 includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
