The role involves managing residential services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and patients. They will be responsible for guiding the organisation towards its mission of providing effective treatment and support. The Division President of Residential Services will be responsible for overseeing residential locations in PA and OH.Qualifications for COO/ Division President:Minimum 2 years' experience in primary mental health, preferably in residential care.Knowledge of mental health regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.Excellent communication skills and flexibility to meet role demands.Responsibilities for COO/ Division President (include but are not limited to):Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and alignment with organisational goals.Oversee residential programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and evidence-based care.Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance to foster a positive work culture.Develop and evaluate clinical programs to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.If you're a skilled and experienced COO/ Division President of Residential Services looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, want YOU to apply!#MISCEZ
