Quality Inspector

Our client, a leader in medical device manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the production and inspection processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Yorba Linda, CA

Pay Range: $23

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Perform inspections and tests on products and components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure inspection equipment is calibrated and maintained properly for accurate measurements.
• Select and prepare samples for inspection following established sampling plans and procedures.
• Document inspection and test results accurately, noting any non-conformities or deviations.
• Communicate inspection findings clearly to the Quality Assurance team and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ability to read and interpret inspection requirements on drawings or specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
