Title: Document Management Specialist Salary: $55k-$75k (DOE) + benefits Locations: onsite in Savanah GA or Cincinnati OH Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite Job Title: Document Management Specialist (PDDM Support) Position Overview: We are seeking a Document Management Specialist to support our Project Document & Data Management (PDDM) team. This role operates under general supervision and supports document control and data management activities across multiple workstreams, including Engineering, Supplier Data, Work Packages, Contracts, Reporting, and Client Documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role interfaces with internal teams, external partners, and field personnel. Key Responsibilities: Perform document control tasks including scanning, naming, filing, and revision control for hard-copy and electronic files Receive, log, track, and file documents per project requirements and timelines Maintain and update document management systems and project databases Prepare and issue transmittals, reproduction orders, and notifications Ensure document accuracy, formatting, and compliance with revision standards Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and project requirements May release documents independently based on team lead direction Required Qualifications: Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Proactive, team-oriented mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with data/document management systems Prior experience in an engineering services or related industry Availability to work full-time onsite during standard business hours Preferred Qualifications: Experience with multiple PDDM workflows (Engineering, Supplier Data, Contracts, Work Packages, Reporting) Familiarity with document control tools and platforms FootBridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
