Nashville TennesseeJob DescriptionThe Document Production Specialist provides document processing services creating a variety of documents and materials using Microsoft Office Suite products and other firm supported software. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESUse word processing software and other technical applications to input edit format and spell-check documents as well as perform scanning clean-up and formatting of images and proofreading.Respond to inquiries regarding status of projects.Answer routine questions regarding basic applications and department procedures.Continually develop proficiency with document production software and technical applications. Other administrative duties may include answering calls creating file labels and name badges setting up electronic binders and assisting with other clerical tasks as needed.REQUIRED EDUCATION KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCECertification as a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS) or be willing to obtain such certification.Accurate and proficient typing skills (minimum of 75 words per minute preferred).REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIESStrong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word Excel PowerPoint).Strong customer service and communication skills and the flexibility to handle any tasks that are needed.Excellent proofreading skills.Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new applications.
