Document Specialist Parma, OH (Onsite with Free parking) 11/17/2025 - 11/16/2026 Shift - Mon-Fri/ 7AM-3PM (With OT a possibility & Lunch: 30 minutes) Interview Type: In-person group interviews (Wednesday/Thursday mornings at 9 AM) Job Description: Job Duties Separate and open mail Prep documents for scanning Handle glass copies and other assigned tasks Lift items weighing 10 50 lbs Alternate between standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting Experience in printing/scanning equipment is a plus Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Basic PC and typing skills Ability to read and understand instructions in English Teamwork: Maintain positive, productive relationships with co-workers, management, sales, and production departments Flexibility: Adapt to changing situations and schedules Repetitive work: Perform tasks according to set procedures, sequence, or pace while maintaining quality standards Availability: Willingness to work nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed Environment: Adapt to moderate-to-high noise levels in a production facility Stress management: Cope with moderate stress levels for extended periods Physical requirements: Stand on feet for at least 8 hours per day Lift and move supplies up to 50 lbs (floor to waist height, carry 10 feet, lower back to floor) Cell Phone Policy Phones must be silent and stored in lockers Phones are not allowed on the floor (violation may result in termination) Dress Code Business casual required Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
