DOD Secret Naval Mission Systems Engineer at Associates Systems

SENIOR MISSION ENGINEER (ENGINEER SYSTEMS)A Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering scientific or technical discipline or four (4) years of a demonstrated and established knowledge base and subject matter expertise relevant to specific technical disciplines.Ten (10) years experience with emphasis in one or more of the following: Combat Systems Cyber Security Ships Self Defense System Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) class AEGIS Integrated Combat Systems DDG-1000 Zumwalt class destroyer Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense and Weapon/Sensor Combat Systems to conduct and coordinate individual projects. The Senior Mission Engineer experience includes coordinating development activities associated with engineering systems capabilities and activities as well as conducting detailed and complex system engineering independently to include demonstrated experience in functional and system level requirements analysis requirements generation and technical community review.Provide system engineering expertise to the Government in evaluating Doctrine Organization Training Materiel Leadership & Education Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) (materiel and non-materiel) solutions to mitigate current mission needs and operational gaps. Apply operational knowledge and context to assist in the definition of mission requirements and capabilities for the future surface Navy (e.g. Frigate Future Surface Combatant). Provide system engineering expertise to the Governments development of Mission Threads and alignment with Test & Evaluation (T&E) execution.
