In this position, you will play a key role in representing the charity, ensuring every donor has positive experience. Part-time positions are also available.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Greet donors; deliver courteous and respectful service Assist with receiving and recording donations Safeguard donations until collected Maintain a clean and organized donation site Confirm that trailer has appropriate supplies Place any flags, banners, balloons or signage in visible, attractive manner Become knowledgeable of charity's purpose Qualifications:Demonstrated customer service skills Planning and organizational skills Ability to stand 6-8 hours per day, bending frequently Able to lift up to 35 pounds regularly Good communication skills, oral and written Ability to work independently or as part of a team Able to establish relationships with peers, internal and external customers Education, Experience, Training Required:High school diploma or equivalent; or a combination of education and experience that yields the required knowledge, skills and abilities. High level of diplomacy and interpersonal skills.
