As a Donor Experience Officer youll be at the center of IU Athletics momentum during an electrifying season of Hoosier football and growing fan excitement. Youll be fully integrated with the IU Athletics Department to engage passionate supporters and strengthen their connection to the programs they love. Through personalized outreach digital engagement and Varsity Club initiatives like priority points and exclusive game-day experiences youll help fuel scholarships facilities and championship-level support for student-athletes across all 24 varsity sports.What Youll Do:EngageIU Athletics donors through personalized outreach and storytelling executing 30 personalized touchpoints daily via video email and phoneWork alongside the athletic department partner with Varsity Club and an Individual Giving Officer to align with the IU Foundation and IU Athletics goals.Leverage tools like EverTrue Signal and digital engagement platforms to manage your donor pipelineUse analytics to prioritize outreach and maximize donor engagementQualifications : You must be able to regularly be in Bloomington IN including working on game-days to support donor eventsA deep knowledge of the collegiate athletics landscape is required to be successfulEducation & Experience:Bachelors degree requiredExperience in intercollegiate athletics strongly preferred2 years in sales marketing fundraising or call center preferredKnowledge & Skills:Experience with tools like EverTrue Signal and other digital engagement platformsAbility to manage high-volume outreach and prioritize donor engagementStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAdditional Information : We anticipate this will be a highly sought after role and will begin conducting interviews immediately.
