Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $15.00Join our dynamic team at Amber Brooke Farms in Eustis where we provide our guests with the opportunity to experience raw nature with seasonal u-pick, special events & festivals, concerts and many other family activities. From picturesque fields to sweet berries, the farm has something to offer from Fall to Spring.We are seeking a reliable, energetic Donut Fry Cook to join our agritourism team. This role is essential to creating a fun, memorable guest experienceour fresh, hot donuts are one of the highlights of the farm! The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to producing consistent, high-quality products.Responsibilities:Fry donuts to order using farm-approved recipes, equipment, and procedures.Maintain consistent product quality, appearance, and freshness throughout the day.Monitor fryers at all times to ensure correct temperature, safety, and efficiency.Prepare dough, glazes, toppings, and other ingredients as needed.Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handwashing, cleaning, and equipment use.Keep the donut prep and cooking area clean, organized, and stocked.Assist with restocking ingredients and supplies, including handling lifting up to 3040 lbs.Communicate with team members to ensure donut production meets guest demand.Provide friendly, helpful customer service when interacting with guests.Follow all farm policies related to safety, hygiene, and guest experience.Requirements:Previous kitchen, bakery, or food service experience preferred but not required (training provided).Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and in warm environments near fryers.Strong attention to detail and consistency.Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and safety procedures.Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and peak agritourism days.Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.Must be 18+ years old.Work EnvironmentFast-paced, guest-facing agritourism setting.Indoor or semi-outdoor kitchen environment with heat from fryers.Requires standing, bending, lifting, and working near hot oil.It would be an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy the hospitality industry and outdoor environments.If you have a passion for food and love working in a fast-paced, fun environment, we want you!Apply today!Job Types: Part-time, SeasonalWork Location: In person
